How to Use

Before applying to the face, test on a patch of skin. Avoid using if you have any known allergies to the listed ingredients.

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders over $80. Orders under $80 are charged a flat fee of $15.

Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of being placed and typically arrive within 4-14 business days after being shipped. A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We currently ship to Canada and the Continental USA. For US Customers, any required duties will be paid directly to the carrier.

Returns:

We want you to love your Rejuvaform product! However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund. The product must contain a minimum of 75% of the product to be accepted.

Please note that shipping costs (duty or customs fees for U.S. residents) will not be covered by Rejuvaform. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is heavily used or damaged.

Confidence back

Using Rejuvaform has given me back my confidence. I started getting cystic acne breakouts in my mid-20s and the skin products I tried to use only helped for so long.
