Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over $80. Orders under $80 are charged a flat fee of $15.
Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of being placed and typically arrive within 4-14 business days after being shipped. A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
We currently ship to Canada and the Continental USA. For US Customers, any required duties will be paid directly to the carrier.
Returns:
We want you to love your Rejuvaform product! However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund. The product must contain a minimum of 75% of the product to be accepted.
Please note that shipping costs (duty or customs fees for U.S. residents) will not be covered by Rejuvaform. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is heavily used or damaged.

Passion Fruit Seed Oil
Using essential fatty acids, specifically linoleic and linolenic acid, skin is nourished and moisturized, preventing dryness and promoting hydrated and satiny skin. Vitamin C promotes collagen production, which improves skin’s elasticity to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Mango Butter
High levels of fatty acids and antioxidants boost moisturization for dry and tired skin, locking in moisture to protect skin from daily environmental stressors. Vitamins C, A and beta-carotene support the healing and soothing of irritated and inflamed skin.
Shea Butter
Highly emollient and rich in fatty acids, shea butter is great for overly dry and dehydrated skin. It forms a protective barrier to prevent moisture loss, and natural fatty acids, such as oleic and linoleic acids, help repair and strengthen the skin’s natural barrier.
